Handle recharges and balances
Apply player recharges, balances, and wallet-related actions without losing cashier context or account history.
Recharges are tied to the correct account, shift, and session so customers and staff can review them later.
Before you start
- Use registered player accounts when balance or wallet history matters.
- Open a cashier shift if shift accountability is enabled.
- Define recharge presets or rules before busy operation.
Select the correct player
A recharge only helps when it is applied to the correct account. Confirm identity before adding value.
- Search for the player before creating a new account.
- Confirm with name, phone, or branch policy before applying value.
- Check active sessions if the recharge should affect current playtime.
Apply the recharge
Use presets for common amounts and custom recharge only when branch policy allows it.
- Choose the preset or custom amount carefully.
- Confirm the amount with the customer before saving.
- Keep notes for unusual adjustments or corrections.
Review balance history
History protects both the customer and the branch when there is a question about money or time.
- Review recent recharges before applying corrections.
- Use cashier and shift context during dispute review.
- Escalate unclear cases to a supervisor instead of guessing.
Verify it worked
- The recharge appears on the correct player account.
- The active session or future balance reflects the intended value.
- Cashier history shows who applied the recharge.
Troubleshooting
Recharge was applied to the wrong player.
Escalate to a supervisor and review transaction history before applying any correction.
Balance does not affect the active session.
Confirm whether the recharge type adds account balance, session time, or another value before promising immediate playtime.
