Handle counter sales and store requests

Use the counter and store menu flow for snacks, products, requests, and branch sales that happen beside playtime.

How do I keep non-playtime sales connected to branch history?

Staff can sell store items, review customer requests, and keep non-session sales visible in cashier work and reports.

Before you start

  • Set up inventory or store menu items if the branch sells products.
  • Open a cashier shift if the branch tracks shift totals.
  • Decide which staff can manage store menu and inventory.

Prepare items

Store items should be named and priced clearly before customers can request or buy them.

  • Add common products such as drinks, snacks, or services.
  • Keep item names short enough for quick staff selection.
  • Disable items that are unavailable or no longer sold.

Sell from the counter

Counter sales should happen inside the Controller instead of being tracked separately in notes.

  • Select the item and confirm quantity before completing the sale.
  • Tie the sale to the active cashier shift when shift tracking is used.
  • Review sales history if a customer or staff member questions an item.

Handle player requests

When player-facing requests are enabled, staff should treat them as a queue that needs visible response.

  • Check requests during busy periods.
  • Confirm item availability before accepting.
  • Close or resolve requests so the next staff member does not repeat work.

Verify it worked

  • Store items appear with the right names and prices.
  • Counter sales appear in branch history or reports.
  • Player requests can be reviewed and resolved by staff.
