Review streamer and live content placement so Agent stream surfaces stay venue-safe and aligned with the branch audience.

How do I keep stream content safe for the venue?

The branch can use stream discovery or creator surfaces while keeping unsuitable content out of the player experience.

Before you start

  • Decide whether the branch will show stream content on Agent PCs.
  • Use trusted staff or admin access for moderation.
  • Define what content is not suitable for the venue.

Set the content policy

Stream surfaces should match the venue brand and customer age expectations. Decide the policy before approving content.

  • Define allowed platforms and content styles.
  • Reject content that does not fit the branch audience.
  • Document special event or sponsor exceptions.

Review placements

Streamer placements and featured rows should be reviewed before they appear to customers.

  • Confirm streamer names and channels are correct.
  • Check whether the placement is branch-wide or platform-wide.
  • Review live status and content before promoting it heavily.

Maintain stream surfaces

Streaming content changes over time. Recheck approved placements and remove anything that no longer fits.

  • Review placements regularly.
  • Remove stale or unsuitable channels.
  • Keep staff aware of who can approve streamer content.

Verify it worked

  • Only approved streamer surfaces appear on Agent PCs.
  • Trusted staff know the content policy.
  • Unsuitable placements can be removed quickly.

Troubleshooting

A stream appears that the venue does not want.

Remove or disable the placement and review approval permissions.

A streamer placement is correct but not visible.
