Set up the store profile
Configure the branch identity staff and players will see across Controller, receipts, displays, and customer-facing surfaces.
The branch has a clear name, profile, contact context, and identity before devices, sessions, and displays go live.
Before you start
- Activate the branch Controller.
- Confirm the public branch name and contact details.
- Use an account allowed to manage branch setup.
Enter branch identity
The store profile should match what customers and staff recognize. This profile becomes the practical identity for daily branch work.
- Use the real branch name rather than a test label.
- Add contact details that staff can verify.
- Keep branch identity consistent with owner records and displays.
Check customer-facing use
Branch identity may appear on player-facing screens, displays, and future customer flows. Keep it clean and suitable for public viewing.
- Avoid internal notes in public branch fields.
- Review names before pairing TV displays or Agent screens.
- Use the same branch wording in staff training.
Maintain the profile
Update the store profile when the venue changes location, contact details, display name, or operating identity.
- Review branch profile during major setup changes.
- Check display and mobile wording after profile edits.
- Keep owner and supervisor contacts current.
Verify it worked
- The Controller shows the correct branch identity.
- Staff can confirm the branch belongs to the correct venue.
- No customer-facing branch text contains internal placeholders.
Troubleshooting
Displays or Agent screens show the wrong branch name.
Correct the store profile, then refresh or restart the affected customer-facing surface if needed.
The branch is confused with another location.
Add location-specific wording and confirm the activated Controller is linked to the correct branch.
