Create and maintain the game cards, launchers, categories, artwork, and visibility that players see on Agent PCs.

How do I keep the player game list clean and launchable?

Players see useful game cards and staff know how to test launch behavior before publishing changes broadly.

Before you start

  • Agent PCs are installed and connected.
  • Know which games the venue supports.
  • Prepare launch paths, launcher names, and categories.

Build the game list

The Agent game list should represent the games the venue can actually support, not every game that exists on one test machine.

  • Add games with names players recognize.
  • Use categories that help players browse quickly.
  • Hide or remove games that are not installed or not supported.

Check launch paths

A good-looking game card is not enough. Staff should test that the game opens correctly on the intended PCs.

  • Test launch on a real Agent PC.
  • Check whether the game needs a launcher, account, or special path.
  • Document games that need staff help before launch.

Review the player view

The player-facing game list should feel clean and venue-safe. Review artwork, text, and order before going live.

  • Use artwork that helps identify the game.
  • Avoid duplicate game cards.
  • Keep promotional or unsupported entries out of the main list.

Verify it worked

  • Every visible game card launches or gives staff a known support path.
  • Categories make sense to players.
  • Unsupported games are hidden or removed.

Troubleshooting

A game card opens the wrong app.

Correct the launch path and test on the target Agent PC before publishing broadly.

Players cannot find common games.

Review category names, ordering, and whether the game is hidden.
