Invite staff and assign roles
Create staff access for cashiers, supervisors, and admins without exposing owner-only or sensitive branch controls.
Each staff member has a local branch role, login path, and permission set that matches the job they perform.
Before you start
- Know who will work as cashier, supervisor, admin, or owner.
- Review roles and permissions before creating multiple staff accounts.
- Keep owner/admin access available for recovery.
Prepare the staff list
Start with people and jobs, not pages. Decide what each person needs to do during a normal shift.
- Cashiers usually need sessions, counter work, player lookup, and shift actions.
- Supervisors may need reports, setup checks, staff support, and issue review.
- Owners or admins should keep permission, backup, security, and menu control.
Create staff access
Create staff accounts from the staff management area and assign roles carefully. Avoid sharing one login across all employees.
- Use separate accounts for accountability.
- Set temporary or secure passwords according to venue policy.
- Disable access when a staff member leaves the venue.
Review permissions and menu visibility
Permissions decide access. Menu visibility decides what staff see first. Use both so the Controller is safe and clean.
- Confirm the staff member can open required pages.
- Remove sensitive pages from normal cashier access.
- Keep the sidebar organized around the venue workflow.
Verify it worked
- Each staff member signs in with their own account.
- Cashier accounts can complete daily work without owner-only pages.
- Supervisor accounts can review the pages they are responsible for.
Troubleshooting
Staff share one login.
Create individual accounts so shifts, actions, and audit history remain useful.
A cashier can open sensitive setup pages.
Review page permissions and move owner/admin-only work back to trusted accounts.
