Use the branch dashboard
Use the Controller dashboard as the daily starting point for PC state, branch readiness, active sessions, warnings, and staff handoff.
Staff can read the branch state quickly, spot unavailable PCs, and decide which operational page to open next.
Before you start
- The Controller is activated and staff can sign in.
- Devices and Agent PCs have been set up.
- Staff know the expected number of available stations.
Run the opening check
At the start of a shift, use the dashboard to confirm the branch is ready before customers start asking for stations.
- Check Controller service readiness and branch warnings.
- Review online, offline, active, and maintenance PCs.
- Confirm staff know which pages to use for sessions, counter, and support.
Watch live floor state
During operation, the dashboard should help staff understand where attention is needed without scanning every page.
- Look for active sessions nearing the end.
- Watch for offline or unhealthy PCs.
- Respond to requests or warnings before they become customer disputes.
Use dashboard for handoff
When staff change shifts, the dashboard gives a quick shared view of the branch state.
- Point out active sessions and unresolved issues.
- Review any devices that need maintenance.
- Tell the next staff member about unusual cashier or customer cases.
Verify it worked
- Staff can identify active, available, and problem stations from the dashboard.
- Opening staff check service and device warnings before live sessions.
- Shift handoff includes dashboard review.
Troubleshooting
